Meet the Experts at Visit Vegas Homes

With over 25 years in the Las Vegas real estate market, I've built resilience and adaptability, becoming a trusted asset for clients, especially during uncertain times.  

My background includes Escrow and Title, Commercial  Property Management, Construction Management, and HOA Community Management all which give me a unique edge in strategic negotiations and the makings for a successful transaction. It helps when you know all sides of the process.

Effective communication is key, ensuring clients are informed and their concerns are addressed promptly. I strive to exceed client expectations and guide them through the emotional journey of buying or selling a home.

I founded Visit Vegas Homes to empower agents while prioritizing integrity and strong client relationships. My husband is a lender and we partner together with many clients.  I have lived in Las Vegas since I was 18, and built my entire working history on Las Vegas Real Estate. 

Heather a Las Vegas Native has been in the Real Estate industry since 2001. She has worked on  almost ALL sides of the industry, from leasing, HOA's, lending,  escrow... you name it; she has also done it! Her experience in all of these areas  helps her aget corresponding information quickly &  completely.

She currently hold my Short Sale Foreclosure Resource  (SFR) certification. As an SFR certified Realtor, She has been trained on  how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as  help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. These are  critical skills for any agent in today’s real estate market.

She is a Las Vegas Native. Yes that's right;  born & raised in  Fabulous Las Vegas! She graduated from Eldorado High School in 2000. She  received her Associate of Business from CSN in 2002 and received  her Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Psychology in  2012. 

Jada a Las Vegas Native brings a powerhouse background both on and off the court. Graduating high school from Centennial High School, she was also inducted to the Hall of Fame for Centennial High School in 2025.  A former University of Kansas basketball player and sports reporter with ESPN, the NFL, and WNBA, she has built her career on drive, excellence, and connection. Jada graduated from University of Kansas with her degree in Journalism.  

Beyond sports, she is passionate about giving back; as Miss Black USA Nevada 2024 and founder of Grow the Game, a youth mentorship program helping young athletes succeed in life and in their sport.

Today, Jada is also making waves in real estate. As a dedicated agent, she inspires clients and colleagues alike by sharing her journey and encouraging others to chase their dreams. She is also a basketball coach for a private school training the next generation of ball players how to hustle and grind to the next level.
